5 Macmillan Gardens
As my British grandmother transitioned into occupying an apartment in an assisted living facility, the personal effects in her home were gradually dispersed. This series serves as a record of what remained in her former home (and what served as my immediate family's home when we crossed the ocean to see her), even though she was no longer there. It also provides a statement on what we, her children and grandchildren, deemed significant enough to adopt and send home to the United States.
